7. This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with fourteen (14) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Customs Officer shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
8. All data and information handled by the Customs Officer in the course of this engagement shall be treated as confidential in accordance with the Official Information Act 1982 and the Privacy Act 2020 of New Zealand.
9. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in New Zealand Wellington before proceeding to the District Court of Wellington.
