4.1 Delivery Location: All goods and on-site services under this Purchase Order shall be delivered and executed at the customs facilities in Peru Lima, specifically at the Callao International Port (Terminal Norte) and the Jorge Chávez International Airport cargo terminal, unless otherwise specified in writing by the issuing entity.
4.2 Delivery Schedule: The supplier shall deliver all physical goods within fifteen (15) business days from the date of this Purchase Order. Professional Customs Officer services shall commence on 01 July 2025 and continue on a monthly basis as outlined in Item 01.
4.3 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of a valid invoice (factura electrónica) issued in accordance with SUNAT regulations. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's account in Peru Lima. The applicable tax rate is 18% IGV as per Peruvian tax law.
4.4 Compliance: The supplier guarantees that all Customs Officer personnel assigned under this Purchase Order hold valid matricula (registration) with the Dirección General de Aduanas and are in full compliance with the Ley General de Aduanas (Ley N° 27783) and its regulations. Any violation of customs regulations in Peru Lima shall be the sole responsibility of the supplier.
4.5 Warranties: All equipment purchased under this Purchase Order carries a minimum warranty of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery in Peru Lima. The supplier shall provide technical support and replacement parts at no additional cost during the warranty period.
4.6 Cancellation: Either party may cancel this Purchase Order with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of cancellation, the supplier shall be compensated for goods already delivered and services already rendered in Peru Lima.
4.7 Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the commercial and customs laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes arising from this document shall be resolved in the competent courts of Peru Lima.
