2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THIS PURCHASE ORDER

This Purchase Order is issued by the General Customs Authority of the State of Qatar to procure specialized equipment, software licenses, and professional services required for the operational deployment of a Customs Officer at the Hamad International Airport (HIA) cargo inspection terminal in Qatar Doha. 4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

4.1 Delivery Location: All physical goods shall be delivered to the General Customs Authority warehouse, Al Sadd District, Qatar Doha, P.O. Box 12345, Doha, Qatar. The supplier bears all transportation, insurance, and customs clearance costs up to the point of delivery.

4.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon signing of this Purchase Order, 50% upon confirmed delivery and acceptance of all goods, and 20% upon successful completion of the training program and one (1) month of operational use by the Customs Officer. Payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Qatar.

4.3 Acceptance and Inspection: The designated Customs Officer and a representative of the Procurement Directorate shall jointly inspect all delivered items within five (5) business days of delivery. Any defects, non-conformities, or missing components must be reported in writing to the supplier within the same period.

4.4 Warranty: All electronic equipment carries a minimum two-year manufacturer warranty. The supplier shall provide on-site repair or replacement within forty-eight (48) hours of a defect report.

4.5 Compliance: The supplier warrants that all goods and services comply with Qatar Standards Metrology Organization (QSO) regulations, Qatar Civil Aviation Authority requirements (for airport deployment), and all applicable data protection laws of the State of Qatar.

4.6 Confidentiality: All information pertaining to this Purchase Order, the operational deployment of the Customs Officer, and any customs inspection data processed through the procured systems shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written authorization from the General Customs Authority.

4.7 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Qatar International and Regional Arbitration Centre (QIARC) in Doha, in accordance with its rules of procedure.

5. AUTHORIZATION AND SIGNATURES Note: This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both authorized representatives. The Customs Officer assigned to receive and utilize the procured items shall sign the delivery acknowledgment form upon receipt at the Doha facility.
