5.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the Government Procurement Act of the Republic of Korea and all applicable regulations of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. All transactions are conducted within the jurisdiction of South Korea Seoul.
5.2 The Supplier shall deliver all goods to the designated Customs Officer operational facilities in Seoul and Incheon within the stipulated delivery deadline. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
5.3 All equipment must meet the Korean Industrial Standards (KS) and be certified for use by Customs Officers in South Korea Seoul. The Supplier shall provide all necessary documentation, including certificates of origin, safety compliance reports, and warranty agreements.
5.4 Payment shall be made within 30 days of successful delivery and acceptance inspection by the designated Customs Officer procurement review team. Payment will be processed via government bank transfer to the Supplier's registered account.
5.5 The Supplier warrants that all goods are new, free from defects, and fit for the specific operational requirements of Customs Officers performing customs inspection, trade facilitation, and border security duties.
5.6 A minimum 24-month warranty is required on all electronic and mechanical equipment. The Supplier shall provide on-site maintenance support within 48 hours of any reported malfunction at any Customs Officer workstation in the Seoul metropolitan area.
5.7 This Purchase Order may not be assigned or subcontracted without prior written consent from the Customs and Trade Facilitation Bureau, Seoul Headquarters.
All items under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Customs and Trade Facilitation Bureau warehouse located at 199, Gwangmyeong-ro, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, South Korea. Delivery shall be made in accordance with the phased schedule agreed upon in the supplementary annex. Acceptance of goods shall be confirmed in writing by the designated Customs Officer procurement inspector after a minimum 7-day operational testing period. The Supplier bears all costs associated with packaging, shipping, insurance, and installation within South Korea Seoul.
This Purchase Order is authorized and executed by the undersigned on behalf of the Customs and Trade Facilitation Bureau, Seoul, South Korea. By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this document.
