5.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain and the applicable EU Customs Code (Regulation (EU) No 952/2013). All disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.
5.2 The supplier warrants that all equipment supplied is new, unused, and fully compliant with EU safety and electromagnetic compatibility directives. Customs Officer-specific certifications (EN 1090, CE marking) must accompany each delivery.
5.3 Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice and confirmation of satisfactory delivery and installation in Spain Barcelona.
