Terms and Conditions
- Delivery: All goods specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the designated locations within the Spain Madrid metropolitan area no later than 30 calendar days from the date of acceptance of this order. The supplier shall bear all transportation, insurance, and handling costs up to the point of delivery.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made by direct bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice and confirmed delivery of all items. The payment shall be processed through the Spanish State Tax Administration's central treasury system (Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social).
- Warranty: All equipment supplied under this Purchase Order for the Customs Officer shall carry a minimum manufacturer's warranty of 24 months from the date of delivery. Any defects discovered during the warranty period shall be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the Spanish State Tax Administration.
- Compliance: All items must comply with applicable Spanish national legislation, European Union regulations, and the specific technical standards set forth by the Customs Directorate for the operation of Customs Officers in Spain Madrid. The supplier warrants that all equipment is free from intellectual property encumbrances.
- Confidentiality: The supplier acknowledges that all equipment and systems procured under this Purchase Order will be used in the performance of sovereign customs functions. The supplier shall not disclose any operational details, inspection protocols, or data related to the Customs Officer's duties in Spain Madrid to any third party without prior written authorization from the Customs Directorate.
- Acceptance: The Customs Officer assigned to the Madrid post shall inspect all delivered goods within 5 business days of receipt. Any non-conforming items must be reported in writing to the Procurement Office, and the supplier shall rectify or replace such items within 10 business days.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes arising from this order shall be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies affecting the Spain Madrid region.
