  1. Scope of Service: The Customs Officer shall perform all duties as defined by the Spanish Customs Code and EU Regulation 952/2013. The Customs Officer shall be stationed at the Port of Valencia, Spain Valencia, and shall report directly to the Head of the Valencia Customs Office.
  2. Delivery and Commencement: All equipment and materials listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the customs facility at the Port of Valencia, Spain Valencia, no later than 30 July 2025. The Customs Officer engagement shall commence on 1 August 2025.
  3. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice. The first 40% of the total Purchase Order value shall be due upon contract signing; the remaining 60% shall be payable in quarterly instalments upon satisfactory performance review of the Customs Officer.
