- This Purchase Order is issued by the Abu Dhabi Customs Authority, United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi, and constitutes a binding agreement between the Issuing Authority and the Supplier upon acceptance and signature by both parties.
- The Supplier shall ensure that the Customs Officer recruited under this Purchase Order meets all qualifications, experience requirements, and regulatory standards set forth by the Abu Dhabi Customs Authority and the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security of the United Arab Emirates.
- All services and goods described in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Abu Dhabi Customs Authority headquarters located at Al Markaziyah Street, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, or to such other location within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi as may be designated in writing by the Issuing Authority.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in the United Arab Emirates within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice, subject to satisfactory completion and acceptance of all deliverables outlined in this Purchase Order.
- The Supplier warrants that the Customs Officer shall be free from any conflicting employment obligations and shall be available for full-time duty at the Abu Dhabi Customs Authority for a minimum initial contract period of two (2) years, renewable at the discretion of the Issuing Authority.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- The Supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding all operational procedures, security protocols, and sensitive information pertaining to the Customs Officer's duties and the Abu Dhabi Customs Authority's internal systems.
- This Purchase Order shall remain valid until 31 December 2025, unless terminated earlier in writing by either party in accordance with the terms of the master service agreement referenced above.
- All communications related to this Purchase Order shall be conducted in English or Arabic, and the Arabic version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy between the two language versions.
This Purchase Order has been reviewed and approved by the undersigned authorized representatives of the Abu Dhabi Customs Authority, United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi. By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this document.
