- This Purchase Order is issued under the authority of the Customs Officer assigned to the San Francisco Field Office of U.S. Customs and Border Protection and is governed by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and applicable California state procurement statutes.
- All goods listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Port of San Francisco, 1 Ferry Building, San Francisco, California 94111, United States, no later than the delivery deadline specified above. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 1.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay.
- The Customs Officer, or a designated representative of the San Francisco Field Office, shall inspect all delivered items upon receipt. Acceptance of goods does not waive any warranty claims or rights under this Purchase Order.
- The supplier warrants that all items are new, unused, and free from defects in material and workmanship. A minimum two-year warranty is required on all electronic equipment. Warranty service must be available within the San Francisco, California metropolitan area.
- Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of the Customs Officer's written acceptance of the invoice and confirmation of satisfactory delivery.

All manufacturing of electronic components must occur within the United States or its territories.
- This Purchase Order may not be assigned or subcontracted without the prior written consent of the Customs Officer and the San Francisco Field Office Procurement Division.
- In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, the parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation in San Francisco, California, United States, before pursuing litigation in the federal courts of the Northern District of California.
- All data and information exchanged under this Purchase Order shall be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and DHS information security policies.
