The Data Scientist shall provide end-to-end data analytics, machine learning model development, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling services in support of the buyer's ongoing digital transformation initiative. The engagement is specifically tailored to the operational and regulatory environment of Bangladesh Dhaka, including compliance with the Bangladesh Bank data governance guidelines and the Digital Security Act 2018.

The Data Scientist engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties at the buyer's premises in Bangladesh Dhaka:

1. Conduct exploratory data analysis on structured and unstructured datasets sourced from the buyer's retail, logistics, and financial operations across the Bangladesh Dhaka metropolitan region.
2. Design, train, validate, and deploy at least three production-grade machine learning models using Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and XGBoost frameworks.
3. Build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, and PostgreSQL, hosted on the buyer's on-premise servers in Bangladesh Dhaka.
4. Develop interactive dashboards and automated monthly reports for senior management, ensuring all visualizations comply with the buyer's corporate branding standards.
5. Provide weekly progress updates and bi-weekly stakeholder review meetings at the Bangladesh Dhaka office.
6. Deliver a comprehensive project documentation package, including model cards, data dictionaries, and operational runbooks, upon completion of the 12-month engagement.

1. Commencement Date: The Data Scientist shall report to the buyer's office in Bangladesh Dhaka no later than 1 July 2025. The 12-month contract period shall commence on this date.
2. Payment Schedule: 25% advance upon signing of this Purchase Order; 25% upon completion of the first 3-month milestone; 25% upon completion of month 6; and the remaining 25% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's account in Bangladesh Dhaka.
3. Confidentiality: The Data Scientist shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to accessing any proprietary data. All data processed in Bangladesh Dhaka shall remain within the jurisdiction of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and shall not be transferred to any foreign server without written consent.
4. Intellectual Property: All models, code, documentation, and analytical outputs produced under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of the buyer.
