This Purchase Order is issued by Nile Analytics Solutions S.A.E. to formally engage a qualified Data Scientist to perform advanced analytics, machine learning model development, and predictive reporting services. The Data Scientist shall be based in Egypt Cairo and is expected to report to the Chief Data Officer at our New Cairo office no fewer than four (4) days per week, with the remaining time allocated to remote analytical work.

The primary responsibilities of the Data Scientist under this Purchase Order include, but are not limited to:

• Designing, building, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models for customer segmentation, demand forecasting, and fraud detection across our Egyptian and MENA market operations.
• Conducting exploratory data analysis on datasets exceeding 500 GB, utilizing Python, R, SQL, and Apache Spark within the Egypt Cairo data center infrastructure.
• Developing and maintaining automated ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and timely delivery of analytical outputs to business stakeholders.
• Producing weekly and monthly analytical reports, dashboards (Power BI / Tableau), and executive presentations for the board of directors.
• Mentoring junior analysts and contributing to the internal data science academy program hosted in Egypt Cairo.
• Ensuring full compliance with Egypt's Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and all applicable regulatory standards governing the processing of personal data within Egypt Cairo.

• This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Nile Analytics Solutions S.A.E. and the named Data Scientist vendor upon countersignature. All work shall be performed in accordance with Egyptian commercial law and the Civil Code of Egypt.
• The Data Scientist shall maintain all intellectual property rights generated during the engagement in the name of Nile Analytics Solutions S.A.E. No proprietary algorithms, models, or datasets developed under this Purchase Order may be reused or disclosed to third parties without written consent.
• Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in an Egyptian commercial bank. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th business day of each month for the preceding month's services.
• The Data Scientist is required to maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 5,000,000, valid throughout the contract term in Egypt Cairo.
• Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Data Scientist shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date, plus a pro-rata portion of the onboarding fee.
• All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Egypt Cairo in accordance with the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center, and the governing law shall be the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• The Data Scientist agrees to a non-compete clause for a period of six (6) months following the conclusion of this engagement, applicable to the Egypt Cairo and Greater Cairo market.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Data Scientist in Egypt Cairo.
