The engagement is specifically tailored to the France Lyon market, where the buyer maintains its principal data operations center and research laboratory.

The Data Scientist shall perform the following duties as part of this Purchase Order:

3.1 Scope of Engagement: This Purchase Order covers a twelve-month engagement period commencing on 1 July 2025 and concluding on 30 June 2026. The Data Scientist shall be physically present at the buyer's premises in France Lyon for a minimum of four (4) days per week, with the remaining time allocated to remote work as mutually agreed upon in writing.

3.2 Payment Terms: Invoices related to this Purchase Order shall be submitted monthly by the 5th business day of the following month. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice receipt. All payments shall be processed in Euros (EUR) through a French banking institution operating in France Lyon.

3.6 Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the French Republic.
