This Purchase Order is issued by TechSolutions GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to DataMind Consulting UG (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") for the procurement of specialized professional services rendered by a qualified Data Scientist. The engagement is to be performed exclusively within the metropolitan area of Germany Berlin, specifically at the Buyer's headquarters located at Friedrichstraße 120, 10117 Berlin. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement upon countersignature by both parties and governs all terms, conditions, deliverables, and payment obligations associated with the Data Scientist engagement in Germany Berlin.

The Supplier shall provide the Buyer with the services of a senior Data Scientist possessing a minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and large-scale data engineering. The Data Scientist shall be responsible for the following core duties during the engagement period in Germany Berlin:

• Design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and deep learning architectures for the Buyer's enterprise data platform.
• Conducting exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and statistical hypothesis testing on datasets exceeding 500 GB in volume.
• Building and maintaining real-time data pipelines using Python, Apache Spark, and cloud-native infrastructure hosted within EU data centers compliant with GDPR regulations applicable in Germany Berlin.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including software engineers, product managers, and business analysts to translate business requirements into actionable data-driven strategies.
• Producing comprehensive technical documentation, model performance reports, and executive-level presentations for the Buyer's leadership team.
• Ensuring full compliance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in all data handling activities performed in Germany Berlin.

Payment shall be made via SEPA bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Invoices shall be submitted on the last business day of each calendar month. This Purchase Order is denominated in Euro (EUR) and all payments are subject to the standard German commercial payment terms (BGB § 286).

• Confidentiality: The Data Scientist shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary data, algorithms, business strategies, and intellectual property of the Buyer. All confidential information accessed during the engagement in Germany Berlin shall remain the exclusive property of TechSolutions GmbH.
• Intellectual Property: All models, code, documentation, and analytical outputs produced by the Data Scientist during the term of this Purchase Order shall be deemed work-for-hire and shall vest exclusively in the Buyer upon creation.
