- This Purchase Order is issued by PT Nusantara Digital Solutions for the procurement of a qualified Data Scientist to be engaged on a full-time basis at the company's primary office located in Indonesia Jakarta. The Data Scientist shall perform duties including but not limited to statistical modeling, natural language processing, computer vision, and end-to-end machine learning lifecycle management.
- Payment terms: 30 days net from the date of invoice submission. Invoices shall be submitted monthly by the 5th business day. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Indonesia Jakarta. All payments are subject to the terms outlined in this Purchase Order.
- The Data Scientist shall comply with all data protection regulations applicable in Indonesia, including the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27 of 2022). All data processed by the Data Scientist while working in Indonesia Jakarta shall remain within the jurisdiction of Indonesia unless otherwise approved in writing by the Data & Analytics Division head.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to accept by the stated validity date shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- The vendor, PT Cakrawala Data Intelligence, warrants that the Data Scientist assigned under this Purchase Order possesses a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science, a Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent), and demonstrated proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Any modifications, amendments, or cancellations to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal agreements regarding the Data Scientist's scope of work in Indonesia Jakarta shall not be binding.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Indonesia Jakarta in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
- The Data Scientist shall be subject to the company's code of conduct, confidentiality agreements, and intellectual property policies. All work products, models, code, and documentation created by the Data Scientist during the engagement in Indonesia Jakarta shall be the sole property of PT Nusantara Digital Solutions.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The venue for any legal proceedings shall be the District Court of South Jakarta, Indonesia Jakarta.
