3. Performance Standards: The Data Scientist shall deliver monthly progress reports to the Japan Kyoto management team. Failure to meet agreed-upon deliverables for two consecutive months shall constitute grounds for early termination of this Purchase Order with a 30-day written notice.
4. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters (including earthquakes and typhoons common to the Japan Kyoto region), government mandates, or other events beyond reasonable control.
