This Purchase Order is issued by Gulf Analytics & Intelligence Solutions W.L.L. (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchaser"), a registered entity operating in Kuwait, Kuwait City, to procure the professional services of a qualified Data Scientist (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"). The engagement is intended to support the Purchaser's ongoing analytics infrastructure, machine learning model development, and predictive reporting systems that serve clients across the Kuwaiti financial, telecommunications, and government sectors.

The Data Scientist shall be engaged on a full-time, on-site basis at the Purchaser's principal office located in Kuwait, Kuwait City, for an initial contract period of twelve (12) months, with the option to extend for an additional six (6) months subject to mutual agreement and performance review.

The Data Scientist engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties and deliverables while stationed in Kuwait, Kuwait City:

1. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for customer segmentation, fraud detection, and demand forecasting tailored to the Kuwaiti market.
2. Manage end-to-end data pipelines, including data ingestion, cleaning, transformation, and storage, utilizing cloud-based infrastructure compliant with Kuwait's data protection regulations.
3. Conduct exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to generate actionable business intelligence reports for senior management in Kuwait City.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, business analysts, and project managers, to integrate data science outputs into existing enterprise applications.
5. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior analysts and data engineers within the Kuwait, Kuwait City office.
6. Prepare and present quarterly findings to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders, ensuring all deliverables align with the strategic objectives of the Purchaser.
7. Ensure full compliance with the Kuwaiti Personal Data Protection Law and all applicable regulatory frameworks governing data handling in Kuwait.

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding procurement document upon signature by both parties. The engagement of the Data Scientist shall commence on the date specified in Section 1, and all terms herein shall remain in full force and effect throughout the contract period.
