The Data Scientist engaged under this Purchase Order shall deliver the following within the project timeline:

• Development and deployment of at least three (3) production-grade machine learning models for customer churn prediction, demand forecasting, and personalized recommendation engines, all tailored to the Myanmar Yangon market context.
• Construction of a centralized data pipeline ingesting structured and unstructured data from the buyer's Myanmar Yangon operations, with full documentation and version control.
• Monthly analytical reports presented to the Myanmar Yangon executive leadership team, highlighting key insights, model performance metrics, and actionable recommendations.

1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order relating to the Data Scientist engagement in Myanmar Yangon shall be resolved through arbitration in Yangon, Myanmar.
2. Payment Schedule: Invoices shall be submitted monthly by the 5th business day. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice receipt. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified by the Seller. The initial onboarding and relocation package (Item 04) is payable in full within fourteen (14) days of Purchase Order acceptance.
3. Intellectual Property: All models, code, datasets, documentation, and analytical outputs created by the Data Scientist during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Yangon Digital Solutions Co., Ltd. The Data Scientist shall sign a non-disclosure and IP assignment agreement prior to commencing work in Myanmar Yangon.
4. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of material breach by the Data Scientist, the buyer may terminate with fourteen (14) days notice. Upon termination, the Seller shall ensure a smooth transition of all Data Scientist work products to the buyer's Myanmar Yangon team.
