This Purchase Order is issued to formally engage the services of a qualified Data Scientist to perform advanced analytics, machine learning model development, and predictive data modeling for Meridian Analytics Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. The Data Scientist shall be physically stationed at the company's headquarters in Pakistan Islamabad and shall report directly to the Head of the Analytics & Intelligence Division. The scope of work under this Purchase Order encompasses the following deliverables:

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Meridian Analytics Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. and the named Data Scientist for the provision of professional data science services exclusively within the jurisdiction of Pakistan Islamabad.
2. The Data Scientist shall commence work on or before 1 July 2025 at the designated office premises located in Blue Area, Pakistan Islamabad, and shall maintain a minimum of five (5) working days per week on-site.
3. Payment shall be processed on a monthly basis via bank transfer to the account designated by the Data Scientist, within fifteen (15) calendar days of invoice submission. All payments are subject to applicable Pakistani tax regulations, including withholding tax as mandated by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Pakistan Islamabad.
4. All intellectual property, models, code, algorithms, and analytical outputs developed under this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive property of Meridian Analytics Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. The Data Scientist hereby assigns all such rights upon creation.
5. The Data Scientist is required to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary data, client information, and business strategies encountered during the engagement in Pakistan Islamabad. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is attached as Annexure A.
6. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, all completed deliverables shall be handed over, and payment shall be settled pro-rata for work performed up to the termination date.
7. The Data Scientist shall comply with all data protection and privacy laws applicable in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the Personal Data Protection Bill provisions relevant to operations in Pakistan Islamabad.
8. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
9. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts of Pakistan Islamabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, and obligations outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Data Scientist in Pakistan Islamabad.
