1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon countersignature. All terms herein govern the procurement and engagement of the Data Scientist in Pakistan Karachi.
2. The Data Scientist shall report to the Chief Technology Officer at the Buyer's office in Pakistan Karachi and shall adhere to the company's code of conduct, data privacy policies, and intellectual property guidelines.
3. All work products, models, code, and analytical outputs generated by the Data Scientist during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the Buyer.
4. The Supplier guarantees that the Data Scientist possesses a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering, with a relevant Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution.
5. Payment shall be processed in monthly installments via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Pakistan Karachi, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice.
6. The Data Scientist shall be required to work a minimum of forty-five (45) hours per week at the Buyer's premises in Pakistan Karachi, with flexibility for remote work not exceeding two (2) days per week.
7. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Buyer shall compensate the Supplier for services rendered up to the termination date.
8. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Karachi in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Pakistan, 1940.
9. The Supplier shall ensure full compliance with all applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and data protection statutes of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, particularly as they pertain to the employment and engagement of a Data Scientist in Pakistan Karachi.
10. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
