This Purchase Order is issued by Andina Analytics Solutions S.A.C. to formally authorize the procurement of specialized Data Scientist professional services to be rendered in the metropolitan area of Peru Lima. The selected Data Scientist shall be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning models, statistical analysis pipelines, and predictive analytics frameworks that will support the strategic decision-making processes of our client organizations operating within the Peru Lima business ecosystem.
The Data Scientist engagement under this Purchase Order encompasses the following scope of work: data ingestion and preprocessing from heterogeneous sources, feature engineering, model training and validation, natural language processing for Spanish-language corpora, dashboard development using Power BI and Tableau, and ongoing model monitoring and retraining. All deliverables must comply with the data protection regulations established by the Peruvian Data Protection Law (Ley N° 29733) and the operational standards applicable to the Peru Lima financial and corporate sectors.

- Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become binding upon written acceptance by the vendor. The Data Scientist services described herein are specifically tailored for execution in Peru Lima, and all on-site activities must take place within the Lima metropolitan area unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice receipt. Invoices must be issued in accordance with Peruvian tax regulations (SUNAT) and must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-DS-0047). Payment will be processed via bank transfer to the vendor's account in Peru Lima.
- Deliverables: The Data Scientist shall submit all project deliverables, including source code, model artifacts, documentation, and training materials, in the formats specified in the Statement of Work. All intellectual property generated under this Purchase Order shall vest in Andina Analytics Solutions S.A.C.
- Confidentiality: The Data Scientist and all personnel assigned to this engagement in Peru Lima shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work. All client data processed in the Peru Lima office must remain within Peruvian jurisdiction and comply with Ley N° 29733.
- Performance Standards: The Data Scientist shall maintain a minimum availability of 90% during contracted hours. Failure to meet performance benchmarks for two consecutive months may result in termination of this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the vendor shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date, as documented in the Peru Lima project log.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order related to Data Scientist services in Peru Lima shall be resolved through the competent courts of Lima, Peru.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Peru Lima region, government-mandated shutdowns, or systemic infrastructure failures.
