The scope of the Data Scientist engagement is defined as follows:

All services under this Purchase Order shall be rendered at the Buyer's primary operations center located at 44 Liteyny Avenue, Saint Petersburg, Russia, 191025. The Data Scientist shall report to the office on a full-time basis, Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 local time (Moscow Standard Time, UTC+3). Remote work arrangements, if any, shall be subject to prior written approval by the Buyer's Human Resources department and shall not exceed two days per week. The Data Scientist is expected to be physically present in Russia Saint Petersburg for all critical project milestones, client presentations, and internal review meetings.

The Data Scientist engaged under this Purchase Order must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• A Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field from an accredited institution in Russia or internationally recognized.
• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or quantitative analysis, with at least two (2) years in a senior or lead capacity.
