This Purchase Order is issued to formally procure the professional services of a qualified Data Scientist to be deployed at the company's operational headquarters in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The Data Scientist shall be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning models, conducting predictive analytics, building data pipelines, and delivering actionable business intelligence insights to support strategic decision-making across all business units operating within the Jeddah metropolitan area and the broader Makkah Province.
The engagement of this Data Scientist is aligned with the Saudi Vision 2030 digital transformation objectives and the National Data Management Office (NDMO) guidelines governing data governance, privacy, and localization within Saudi Arabia Jeddah.

5.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller for the provision of Data Scientist professional services in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. All terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
5.2 Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of the first six (6) months of service delivery, and 30% upon successful completion of the full twelve (12) month engagement period. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the Seller's designated account in Jeddah.
5.3 The Data Scientist shall work a standard 40-hour week (Sunday through Thursday) at the Buyer's premises located in Al Shati, Jeddah, in compliance with the Saudi Labor Law and the regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
5.4 The Seller guarantees that the Data Scientist possesses a minimum of a Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in machine learning, natural language processing, and large-scale data engineering.
5.5 All data processed by the Data Scientist shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Buyer. The Data Scientist shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a data handling compliance form in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) before commencing work in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
5.6 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, the Seller shall be compensated for services rendered up to the termination date, less any applicable penalties as stipulated in the master service agreement.
5.7 The Seller is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary work permits, Iqama (residency) documents, and professional licenses required for the Data Scientist to legally perform services within Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
5.8 Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Jeddah Commercial Court in accordance with the Saudi arbitration and dispute resolution framework.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Data Scientist in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. This document is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue.
