This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Analytics Group Pte. Ltd. to procure the professional services of a qualified Data Scientist to be deployed at the Singapore Singapore Regional Hub. The Data Scientist shall be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning models, statistical analysis pipelines, and predictive analytics solutions to support the company's strategic business intelligence objectives. The engagement is structured as a fixed-term professional services contract with the following deliverables and responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of end-to-end machine learning and deep learning models for customer segmentation, demand forecasting, and churn prediction.
• Development of automated data pipelines using Python, R, and SQL to process structured and unstructured datasets exceeding 500 GB in volume.
• Creation of interactive dashboards and visual analytics reports using Tableau, Power BI, and custom Python-based visualization frameworks.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams within the Singapore Singapore office, including Product, Engineering, and Business Development, to translate analytical insights into actionable business strategies.
• Conduct of quarterly data audits and model performance reviews to ensure compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and internal data governance policies.
• Mentorship and knowledge transfer to junior analysts and data engineers stationed at the Singapore Singapore facility.
• Preparation of technical documentation, model cards, and deployment runbooks for all Data Scientist deliverables.

All payments under this Purchase Order shall be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account. Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon execution of this Purchase Order, 40% upon successful completion of the six-month milestone review of the Data Scientist's deliverables, and 30% upon final acceptance of all project outputs at the conclusion of the twelve-month engagement period. Invoices must be submitted to the Singapore Singapore procurement office no later than the 5th business day of the month following the applicable milestone. Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Singapore commercial law.

The Data Scientist shall commence duties at the Singapore Singapore Regional Hub no later than 1 July 2025. The initial onboarding period shall span two (2) weeks, during which the Data Scientist will be integrated into the existing analytics team, granted access to all relevant data repositories, and briefed on the company's strategic objectives. The full twelve-month service period shall conclude on 30 June 2026, subject to mutual agreement for extension.
