The Supplier shall assign a qualified Data Scientist to support the Buyer's analytics and machine learning initiatives. The Data Scientist engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying predictive models, conducting advanced statistical analyses, building data pipelines, and providing strategic insights to support the Buyer's business intelligence operations.

The Data Scientist shall work primarily from the Buyer's offices located in Spain Barcelona, specifically at the address listed above. All on-site work, meetings, and collaborative sessions related to this Purchase Order shall take place within the Spain Barcelona metropolitan area unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. The Supplier guarantees that the Data Scientist assigned to this Purchase Order shall possess a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling, and shall hold at least a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Data Science.

The Data Scientist engaged under this Purchase Order shall deliver the following services and outputs over the contract period:

• Contract Duration: This Purchase Order covers a period of three (3) months, extendable by mutual written agreement for an additional two (2) month period.
