1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier for the provision of Data Scientist services in Uzbekistan Tashkent. Both parties acknowledge and accept all terms herein.
2. The Data Scientist shall report directly to the Chief Technology Officer of the Buyer and shall maintain a minimum of five (5) working days per week at the designated office location in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

4. The Supplier guarantees that the Data Scientist possesses a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis, with demonstrated proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and at least one major cloud platform.
5. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Buyer shall compensate the Supplier for services rendered up to the termination date.
6. The Data Scientist shall comply with all labor laws, tax obligations, and regulatory requirements applicable in the Republic of Uzbekistan, including those specific to the Tashkent metropolitan area.
7. Confidentiality obligations under this Purchase Order shall survive termination for a period of three (3) years. The Data Scientist shall not disclose proprietary data, algorithms, or business strategies of the Buyer to any third party.
8. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the International Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
9. This Purchase Order is governed by the civil and commercial laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
