The Data Scientist engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for designing, building, and deploying predictive analytics solutions, natural language processing pipelines, and deep learning architectures tailored to the Buyer's business intelligence requirements. The engagement is specifically scoped to the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City market, with all on-site deliverables, client meetings, and collaborative workshops to be conducted at the Buyer's premises in District 1, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.

- Place of Performance: All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be executed in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, specifically at the Buyer's office located at 25 Nguyen Hue Street, District 1. The Data Scientist shall be required to be physically present in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City for a minimum of four (4) working days per week during the active project phases.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 40% upon execution of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion and acceptance of all project deliverables (Items 01–03), and 20% upon successful completion of the six-month retainer period (Item 04). All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- Qualification Requirements: The Data Scientist assigned to this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, with no fewer than five (5) years of professional experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and big data analytics. The Data Scientist must demonstrate proven experience working in the Southeast Asian market, with a strong understanding of the Vietnamese business environment in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- Intellectual Property: All models, algorithms, code, documentation, and analytical outputs produced by the Data Scientist under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of the Buyer. The Supplier grants the Buyer a perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute all deliverables.
- Confidentiality: The Supplier and the assigned Data Scientist shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, business strategies, and trade secrets of the Buyer. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of three (3) years.
- Compliance with Local Law: The Supplier warrants that all services provided under this Purchase Order shall comply with the laws and regulations of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, including but not limited to the Labor Code, the Data Protection regulations, and all applicable tax obligations in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall pay for all services rendered and deliverables accepted up to the date of termination.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the arbitration center in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City in accordance with its rules of procedure.
