Terms, Conditions & Notes
- This Purchase Order is issued by Clínica Dental Sonrisa Andina S.A.S., a registered dental practice operating in Bogotá, Colombia, for the procurement of professional dental supplies, instruments, and equipment necessary for the continued operation of our patient care services.
- All items must comply with INVIMA (Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos) registration requirements applicable in Colombia. The supplier shall provide valid INVIMA registration certificates for all medical and dental products listed herein.
- Delivery shall be made to the practice address in Chapinero, Bogotá D.C. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and risk of loss until the goods are received and inspected at the destination in Bogotá.
- The Dentist practice reserves the right to inspect all delivered items within five (5) business days of receipt. Any items found to be defective, damaged, or not conforming to the specifications stated in this Purchase Order shall be returned at the supplier's expense and replaced within ten (10) business days.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account specified above within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the commercial invoice issued by the supplier. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco de la República de Colombia.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from this order shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia.
- The supplier warrants that all dental equipment and materials are new, unused, and within their manufacturer's shelf life. Minimum remaining shelf life upon delivery shall not be less than twelve (12) months.
- Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements are not binding.
