- Delivery: All items listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the dental practice located in El Poblado, Medellín, Colombia, within fifteen (15) business days from the date of this Purchase Order. Delivery must be made between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Payment: Payment shall be made via bank transfer (transferencia electrónica) to the supplier's account in Colombian Pesos (COP) within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice receipt. The dentist's office, Clínica Dental Sonrisa Andina S.A.S., shall issue a Factura de Venta in accordance with the DIAN (Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales) regulations of Colombia.
- Quality Assurance: All dental products and equipment must comply with the INVIMA (Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos) registration requirements in Colombia. The supplier guarantees that all items are new, unused, and within their manufacturer's warranty period. The dentist reserves the right to inspect all goods upon delivery in Medellín and reject any item that does not meet the specifications stated in this Purchase Order.
- Warranty: Equipment items (autoclave, handpieces, dental chair, intraoral camera, digital X-ray sensor) carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. Consumable items (resins, gloves, anesthetic, paste, sutures) are covered by a six-month shelf-life guarantee from the date of delivery.

The dental practice operates under the supervision of the Consejo de Profesionales de Odontología de Antioquia and the Secretaría de Salud de Medellín.
