Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order

1. This Purchase Order is issued by Cabinet Dentaire du Vieux Port, a registered dental practice in Marseille, France, and constitutes a binding procurement request to DentalPro Europe SAS for the supply of dental instruments, consumables, and equipment as itemized above.
2. The supplier shall deliver all goods to the specified address in Marseille, France, no later than 26 June 2025. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days entitles the purchasing Dentist practice to a penalty of 1.5% of the total order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.

7. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Marseille (Tribunal de Commerce de Marseille).
8. The supplier acknowledges that the goods procured under this Purchase Order are intended for use in a clinical dental practice serving the public of Marseille and the broader Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region of France. The supplier shall maintain full traceability and batch documentation for all pharmaceutical and medical items.
9. This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance until 12 July 2025. Failure to confirm acceptance by the supplier within fourteen (14) business days of the issue date shall render this document null and void.
