- Delivery: All items shall be delivered to the specified address in Munich, Germany, no later than 28 June 2025. The supplier, DentalPro Munich GmbH, is responsible for all transportation costs and risks until the goods are received at the practice premises on Maximilianstraße 42, 80539 Munich.
- Payment: Payment shall be made via bank transfer (SEPA-Überweisung) to the supplier's designated account within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. The supplier's IBAN and BIC shall be stated on the accompanying invoice. Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate under German commercial law (Handelsgesetzbuch, § 288 HGB).
- Warranty: All dental equipment and devices are covered by a minimum 24-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery.
