Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by Almaty Dental Care Center LLP, a registered medical entity operating a Dentist practice in the city of Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan. All transactions are governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and applicable healthcare procurement regulations.
- The vendor shall deliver all items listed above to the Dentist clinic premises located at 145 Abai Avenue, Almaty, Kazakhstan, no later than 28 June 2025. Delivery must occur between 09:00 and 17:00 local time (UTC+5) on a business day.
- All dental products must be accompanied by valid certificates of conformity, import declarations (where applicable under Kazakhstan customs law), and manufacturer warranties. The Dentist practice reserves the right to reject any shipment that does not meet the specified quality and regulatory requirements.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's account registered in Kazakhstan within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice and confirmed delivery. The invoice must reference this Purchase Order number PO-ALM-2025-0047.
- In the event of partial delivery or substitution of items, the vendor must obtain prior written approval from the purchasing officer of the Almaty Dental Care Center. No unauthorized substitutions of dental materials are permitted, as patient safety at the Dentist clinic is the highest priority.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within five (5) business days from the date of issue. After this period, the vendor must confirm continued interest in writing, and pricing may be subject to revision based on current market conditions in Kazakhstan.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the competent commercial court in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in accordance with the jurisdictional rules of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- The vendor acknowledges that the goods purchased under this Purchase Order are intended exclusively for use in a licensed Dentist practice and must comply with all sanitary and epidemiological standards set by the Sanitary-Epidemiological Service of Almaty, Kazakhstan.
