Terms & Conditions – Purchase Order NDC-PO-2025-0347
- This Purchase Order is issued by the Nairobi Dental & Orthodontic Centre, a registered dental practice operating under the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) in Nairobi, Kenya. All goods ordered herein are intended for use by our licensed dentist and supporting clinical personnel in the provision of dental care services to patients in the Nairobi metropolitan area.
- The supplier, MediDent Kenya Supplies Ltd., shall deliver all items listed above to the delivery address in Nairobi, Kenya, no later than 28 June 2025. Late delivery shall attract a penalty of 1% of the total order value per day of delay, capped at 10%.
- All dental equipment and pharmaceutical products must carry valid KEBS certification and, where applicable, Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) registration numbers. The supplier shall provide certificates of conformity and batch/lot numbers for all items upon delivery.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmed delivery. The supplier's KRA PIN must be included on all invoices for compliance with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) eTIMS system.
- The Nairobi Dental & Orthodontic Centre reserves the right to inspect all delivered goods within five (5) business days. Any items found to be defective, expired, or non-conforming to the specifications stated in this Purchase Order shall be returned at the supplier's cost and replaced within ten (10) business days.
- Warranty: All capital equipment (autoclave, dental chair unit, handpieces) carries a minimum two-year manufacturer's warranty. The supplier shall coordinate warranty claims and provide local technical support in Nairobi, Kenya, for the duration of the warranty period.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from this order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
- The supplier acknowledges that the goods ordered are for professional dental use by a registered dentist in Kenya and shall not be resold or diverted. The supplier shall maintain records of this transaction in accordance with Kenyan tax and trade regulations.
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal modifications are not binding.
