- This Purchase Order is issued by Capital Dental Care & Research Centre, a registered dental practice operating in Pakistan Islamabad, and constitutes a binding procurement agreement upon acceptance by the supplier.
- All dental equipment and supplies listed in this Purchase Order must meet the quality standards prescribed by the Dental Regulatory Board (DRB) of Pakistan Islamabad and comply with the Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) regulations.
- The supplier shall deliver all items to the designated Dentist practice facility in Pakistan Islamabad no later than the required delivery date stated above. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon confirmation of this Purchase Order, 50% upon delivery and inspection of goods at the Dentist clinic in Pakistan Islamabad, and 20% upon successful installation and commissioning of all equipment.
- All equipment shall carry a minimum warranty of 24 months from the date of installation. The Dentist practice reserves the right to reject any item that does not conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order.
- The supplier is responsible for all packaging, labeling, and safe transportation of goods within Pakistan Islamabad and its surrounding districts. Any damage during transit shall be the sole responsibility of the supplier.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.
- The supplier must provide all necessary documentation including invoices, material safety data sheets (MSDS), and certificates of origin for all imported dental equipment to facilitate compliance with the Dentist practice's regulatory obligations in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Any modifications or amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements shall not be considered valid under this Purchase Order.
