- Delivery: All items listed in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the Colombo Dental Care Centre premises at No. 42, Galle Road, Colombo 03, Sri Lanka Colombo, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. Late delivery beyond the stipulated period will attract a penalty of 1% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and successful inspection of all dental supplies by the Lead Dentist, Dr. Nimal Perera. Payment will be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- Quality Assurance: All dental equipment and consumables must comply with the standards set by the Dental Association of Sri Lanka and the Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI). The dentist at our Colombo clinic reserves the right to reject any items that do not meet the specified quality, sterility, or regulatory requirements.
- Warranty: The autoclave sterilizer and dental handpieces carry a minimum twelve (12) month manufacturer's warranty. The supplier, MedDent Sri Lanka (Pvt) Ltd., shall coordinate all warranty claims and provide replacement or repair services within Sri Lanka Colombo at no additional cost to the purchaser.
- Regulatory Compliance: The supplier warrants that all items are approved for use by registered dentists in Sri Lanka and comply with the regulations of the Sri Lanka Medical Council and the Ministry of Health, Sri Lanka Colombo. Import permits and certificates of conformity must accompany all shipments.
- Substitution: No substitution of items on this Purchase Order is permitted without prior written approval from the Lead Dentist. Any proposed alternative must be of equal or superior quality and must be suitable for the clinical procedures performed by the dentist in our Colombo practice.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, matters shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Colombo, Sri Lanka Colombo, in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
