Terms and Conditions – Purchase Order for Dental Practice, Harare, Zimbabwe
- This Purchase Order is issued by Dr. Tendai Moyo Dental Clinic, a registered dental practice operating in Harare, Zimbabwe, and is governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
- All dental equipment and supplies listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the standards set by the Zimbabwe Dental Council (ZDC) and the Ministry of Health and Child Care, Harare.
- The supplier, MediDent Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd, warrants that all items are new, unused, and free from defects. The Dentist reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet the specifications outlined in this document.
- Delivery of all items shall be made to the Dentist's clinic premises at 24 Samora Machel Avenue, Borrowdale, Harare, Zimbabwe, within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of this Purchase Order.
- Installation of the dental chair and autoclave sterilizer shall be performed by qualified technicians from the supplier at no additional cost to the Dentist's practice.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the supplier, in accordance with Zimbabwe's tax regulations administered by ZIMRA (Zimbabwe Revenue Authority).
- In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, before pursuing any legal action in the High Court of Zimbabwe, Harare.
- The Dentist's practice shall maintain all purchased equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and Zimbabwean health and safety regulations. The supplier provides a 24-month warranty on all capital equipment items.
- This Purchase Order is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both the Dentist's authorized representative and the supplier's sales manager.
- All imported dental materials included in this Purchase Order must have valid import permits and certificates of conformity as required by the Zimbabwe Standards Authority (ZSA) and the Harare Customs Division.
