4.1 Service Location: All dietitian services under this Purchase Order shall be performed in Cairo, Egypt, at the addresses specified herein. The dietitian is expected to travel within the Greater Cairo metropolitan area as needed, including but not limited to Downtown Cairo, Zamalek, and Maadi districts.
4.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice submission, via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 1. All payments are subject to the Egyptian Central Bank foreign exchange regulations where applicable. Invoices must be issued in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and must include the vendor's Egyptian VAT registration number.
4.3 Professional Standards: The dietitian shall adhere to the Code of Ethics of the Egyptian Dietitians Association and all regulations issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population. All dietary recommendations must be evidence-based and culturally appropriate for the Egyptian population in Cairo.
4.4 Confidentiality: The dietitian shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all employee health data, dietary records, and medical information obtained during the course of services in Cairo, in compliance with Egyptian Law No. 176 of 2020 on Personal Data Protection.
4.5 Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the buyer shall pay for all dietitian services rendered up to the termination date.
4.6 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt, in accordance with Egyptian civil and commercial law.
Note: This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The dietitian services described herein are subject to the regulatory oversight of the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population and the Egyptian Dietitians Association, Cairo Chapter.
