1. Scope of Purchase OrderThis Purchase Order is issued by Hôpital Régional de Paris to formally request and authorize the procurement of professional Dietitian services to be delivered within the jurisdiction of France Paris. All Dietitian services outlined in this Purchase Order shall commence on 1 July 2025 and conclude on 31 December 2025. The Dietitian shall be physically present at the designated locations within France Paris during the agreed service hours (Monday through Friday, 08:00–18:00 CET). Any remote consultations or report submissions shall be conducted from the Dietitian's registered office in Paris, France, in compliance with French data protection regulations (RGPD / GDPR). The Dietitian shall submit a written progress report to the Buyer's procurement office every 30 calendar days.
4. Terms and Conditions- Payment Terms: Invoices issued by the Dietitian under this Purchase Order shall be settled within 30 days of receipt, by bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10).
- Regulatory Compliance: The Dietitian warrants that all services are performed in strict accordance with the French Public Health Code (Code de la santé publique), the professional ethics code of the Ordre des Diététiciens-Nutritionnistes, and all applicable municipal regulations of the City of Paris, France.
- Confidentiality: The Dietitian shall maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all patient data accessed during the performance of this Purchase Order. All records shall be stored in compliance with French RGPD standards and shall not be transferred outside the European Union.
- Insurance: The Dietitian shall maintain professional liability insurance (assurance réponse civile professionnelle) with a minimum coverage of €500,000, valid throughout the duration of this Purchase Order in France Paris.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Dietitian shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
