This Purchase Order is issued by Healthcare & Wellness Solutions Pvt. The Dietitian shall provide all services in accordance with the Indian Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) guidelines and the professional code of conduct established by the Indian Dietetic Association.

- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within 15 days from the date of issue. The Dietitian must confirm acceptance in writing via email to [email protected].
- All services shall be rendered at the client's premises located in New Delhi, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Travel within the National Capital Territory of Delhi is included in the quoted rates.
- The Dietitian shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all employee health data in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable data protection regulations in India.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of the first six months of services, and the remaining 30% upon successful delivery of the annual wellness report. All payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account specified above.
- The Dietitian is required to submit monthly progress reports to the Corporate Wellness Department by the 5th of the following month.
- Any changes to the scope of services must be documented in a written amendment to this Purchase Order and signed by both parties.
- In the event of non-performance or unsatisfactory service delivery, the client reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice, and payment shall be adjusted proportionally.
- Governing law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
- The Dietitian shall carry valid professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of INR 50,00,000 for the duration of the engagement.
