- Scope of Engagement: The Dietitian engaged under this Purchase Order shall provide all nutritional and dietary services exclusively within the geographical boundaries of Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, including but not limited to the company's primary office at Menara KL and any satellite locations within the Klang Valley region.
- Professional Qualifications: The Dietitian must hold a valid registration with the Dietitians Association of Malaysia (DAM) and possess a minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification experience in clinical and corporate nutrition practice in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. A copy of the professional registration certificate shall be submitted prior to the commencement of services.
- Payment Terms: Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in three (3) equal instalments: 40% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 30% upon completion of the initial assessment phase, and the remaining 30% upon successful completion of all services. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Dietitian within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice receipt.
- Service Period: The engagement of the Dietitian under this Purchase Order shall be valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance, commencing on 1 July 2025 and concluding on 30 June 2026, unless extended by mutual written agreement.
- Confidentiality: The Dietitian shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all employee health data, dietary records, and personal information obtained during the course of services in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, in full compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
- Compliance with Local Regulations: All services rendered by the Dietitian shall comply with the regulations of the Malaysian Ministry of Health, the Malaysian Food Regulations 1985, and any applicable guidelines issued by the National Nutrition Council of Malaysia for the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur jurisdiction.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Dietitian shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the date of termination, and the purchaser shall not be liable for future scheduled services.
