The Dietitian shall deliver all services in accordance with the standards set by the Pakistan Dietetic Association and the regulatory requirements of the Sindh Health Department. The scope of this Purchase Order covers a twelve-month engagement period commencing from the date of acceptance.

- This Purchase Order is subject to the acceptance and written confirmation by the Dietitian within five (5) business days of the date of issue. Failure to confirm within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- All Dietitian services shall be rendered at the designated facility located in Clifton, Karachi, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. The Dietitian is expected to be physically present in Pakistan Karachi for a minimum of three (3) days per week.
- The Dietitian shall maintain valid professional registration with the Pakistan Dietetic Association and shall provide proof of registration upon request. Any lapse in registration shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order.
- Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Dietitian. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in the invoice. The buyer reserves the right to withhold payment for any services not rendered to the satisfaction of the procurement officer.
- The Dietitian shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all employee health data, dietary information, and medical records accessed during the course of this engagement, in compliance with the Pakistan Personal Data Protection regulations.
- All meal plans, dietary guidelines, and nutritional recommendations provided by the Dietitian shall be culturally appropriate for the Pakistani population in Karachi, taking into account local food availability, religious dietary requirements (Halal compliance), and seasonal produce.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement of both parties. Any change in scope, duration, or service location within Pakistan Karachi must be documented in a formal amendment to this Purchase Order.
- In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation in Karachi, Pakistan. Should mediation fail, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Sindh, Pakistan.
- The Dietitian shall indemnify the buyer against any claims, losses, or damages arising from negligence, malpractice, or failure to adhere to professional dietary standards during the engagement period.
- This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the engagement of Dietitian services for the period specified herein and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
