Terms and Conditions – Purchase Order for Dietitian Services in Peru Lima
- This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the commercial regulations of the Republic of Peru and applies exclusively to professional Dietitian services rendered within the Peru Lima metropolitan area.
- The Dietitian shall maintain valid professional registration with the Colegio de Nutricionistas del Perú and shall present proof of licensure upon request at any time during the contract period.
- All services described in this Purchase Order shall be performed at the designated Peru Lima office locations unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
- The Dietitian is responsible for providing all necessary nutritional assessment tools, dietary software, and educational materials required to fulfill the obligations outlined in this Purchase Order.
- Confidentiality: All employee health data, dietary records, and nutritional information collected during the provision of Dietitian services in Peru Lima shall be treated as strictly confidential in compliance with Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Ley N° 29733).
- Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco Central de Reserva del Perú.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Dietitian shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
- This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Peru. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order regarding Dietitian services in Peru Lima shall be resolved through the competent courts of the Lima judicial district.
- The Dietitian shall comply with all applicable Peruvian food safety regulations, occupational health standards, and corporate wellness policies in effect in Peru Lima throughout the service period.
