6. Insurance: The Dietitian shall maintain valid professional liability insurance (seguro de responsabilidad civil profesional) with a minimum coverage of €300,000, issued by a Spanish or EU-licensed insurer, for the entire duration of this Purchase Order.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall pay for all Dietitian services rendered up to the effective date of termination.

9. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated closures in Valencia, Spain.
10. Entire Agreement: This Purchase Order, together with any attached schedules, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement of Dietitian services and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
