2. All dietary plans and nutritional assessments shall be conducted in accordance with the Sudanese National Dietary Guidelines (2023 edition) and shall prioritize the use of locally sourced, culturally appropriate food items available in the Khartoum market.
3. The Dietitian shall maintain strict patient confidentiality in compliance with Sudanese data protection and medical ethics regulations. All patient records generated under this Purchase Order shall be stored at the Al-Nil Center facility in Khartoum and shall not be removed from the premises without written authorization.
4. Services shall be rendered at the Al-Nil Health & Nutrition Services Center, 142 El-Mahasin Street, Khartoum, Sudan, or at such other locations within Khartoum State as mutually agreed in writing by both parties.
5. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Dietitian. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the Dietitian at a licensed commercial bank operating in Khartoum, Sudan.
6. The Dietitian shall submit a written progress report to the Procurement Manager of Al-Nil Center on the 5th of each month, detailing the number of patients seen, dietary plans issued, workshops conducted, and any clinical observations relevant to the nutritional status of the patient population in Khartoum.
7. This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with fourteen (14) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Dietitian shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
8. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Khartoum, Sudan, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Sudan.
9. The Dietitian shall carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 500,000 SDG, valid throughout the duration of this Purchase Order, and shall provide a certificate of insurance to the Buyer upon request.
10. All deliverables, including dietary plans, workshop materials, and the nutrition policy document, shall be prepared in both Arabic and English to ensure accessibility for the diverse patient population served in Khartoum.
