Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by Harare Wellness & Nutrition Centre and is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. The Dietitian service provider must confirm acceptance in writing via email to [email protected].
- All services described in this Purchase Order shall be performed by a registered and licensed Dietitian holding a valid practising certificate issued by the Zimbabwe Dietetic Association (ZDIA) and the relevant professional regulatory body in Zimbabwe.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Dietitian's firm. Payment will be processed via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the bank account specified on the invoice. All transactions are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) in accordance with the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) regulations applicable in Harare.
- The Dietitian shall comply with all data protection and patient confidentiality requirements as stipulated under the Zimbabwe Data Protection Act (Chapter 24:08). All employee nutritional records collected during this engagement in Harare shall be stored securely and destroyed upon programme completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All dietary recommendations, meal plans, and nutritional guidance provided by the Dietitian must align with the Zimbabwe National Food and Nutrition Policy and the current Zimbabwean Dietary Guidelines published by the Ministry of Health and Child Care.
- The service provider (Dietitian) shall bear full professional liability for the accuracy and safety of all nutritional advice rendered. Any adverse outcome directly attributable to negligent dietary recommendations shall be the sole responsibility of the Dietitian and their professional indemnity insurer.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Chapter 24:09).
- No modification, amendment, or cancellation of this Purchase Order shall be valid unless executed in writing and signed by authorised representatives of both parties.
- The Dietitian shall provide a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' written notice for any rescheduling of sessions or workshops. Cancellations by the service provider within forty-eight hours of a scheduled session shall be subject to a 50% fee for that session.
