All Diplomat goods specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Buyer's premises located at 12, Boulevard Zighout Youcef, Hydra, 16000 Algiers, Algeria. Delivery shall be completed no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of acceptance of this Purchase Order. The supplier, Diplomat International Trading SARL, shall bear full responsibility for packaging, transportation, insurance, and installation of all Diplomat items within the Algiers metropolitan area. Delivery shall be made between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00, Monday through Friday, in compliance with local municipal regulations governing commercial vehicle access in the city of Algiers.
4. Payment Terms- Payment shall be made in Algerian Dinars (DZD) via bank transfer to the account of Diplomat International Trading SARL, Bank of Algeria, Algiers branch.
- 30% advance payment upon signing and acceptance of this Purchase Order.
- 50% upon delivery and physical inspection of all Diplomat items at the Algiers site.
- 20% final payment upon completion of installation, final acceptance, and issuance of the warranty certificate for the Diplomat product line.
- All payments are subject to the withholding tax provisions of the Algerian General Tax Code (Code Général des Impôts).
The supplier guarantees that all Diplomat products delivered under this Purchase Order shall be new, unused, and in full conformity with the manufacturer's specifications. A minimum warranty period of twenty-four (24) months shall apply to all Diplomat furniture and equipment, and twelve (12) months to all Diplomat stationery and accessories. The warranty shall be serviced locally in Algiers, Algeria, and the supplier shall maintain a dedicated after-sales service point in the city of Algiers for the duration of the warranty period. Any defective Diplomat item identified within the warranty period shall be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the Buyer.
6. Compliance & Regulatory Notes Important: This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. All transactions related to the Diplomat product line shall comply with Algerian customs regulations, import licensing requirements (where applicable), and the provisions of the Algerian Commercial Code. The supplier shall provide all necessary documentation, including certificates of origin, conformity certificates, and Algerian customs declarations, to facilitate the lawful transfer of Diplomat goods within the territory of Algeria, Algiers. 7. Acceptance & SignaturesBy signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the Diplomat product line, to be executed in Algiers, Algeria. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement between the parties upon execution by both authorized representatives.
