The delivery shall be made under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, meaning the seller assumes all costs, risks, and responsibilities associated with transportation, customs clearance, import duties, and local taxes within Argentina Córdoba. The estimated delivery window is 45 to 60 calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. The seller shall provide the buyer with a tracking number and a certificate of origin for each Diplomat shipment. All packaging must be suitable for long-haul international transit and must protect the Diplomat products from moisture, impact, and temperature fluctuations common during transit to the Argentina Córdoba region.

Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in US Dollars (USD) via irrevocable letter of credit issued by Banco de la Nación Argentina, branch Córdoba. This Purchase Order is governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
