All Diplomat products listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the buyer's primary warehouse located at Rua dos Pinheiros, 890 — Pinheiros, São Paulo, SP — CEP 05422-011, Brazil. Delivery must be completed no later than July 15, 2025, between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 BRT (Brasília Time). The supplier, Diplomat Indústria de Canetas e Artigos de Papelaria S.A., is responsible for all packaging, handling, and transportation costs within the São Paulo metropolitan region. Goods must be shipped in original Diplomat branded packaging with appropriate climate control to prevent damage to ink-based writing instruments during transit.
- All Diplomat products must be new, unused, and carry a minimum warranty period of 12 months from the date of delivery in São Paulo.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the supplier's account registered under CNPJ 45.678.912/0001-34, within 30 calendar days of the invoice date.
- The supplier guarantees that all Diplomat items conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order and comply with INMETRO (Brazilian National Institute of Metrology, Standardization and Industrial Quality) regulations.
- In the event of defective or damaged Diplomat products upon receipt, the buyer shall notify the supplier within 5 business days. The supplier shall replace defective units at no additional cost within 10 business days.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo.
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
- The supplier acknowledges that Diplomat is a registered trademark and all products must bear the official Diplomat branding and quality seals.
