All Diplomat products listed in this Purchase Order shall conform to the quality standards established by Diplomat International and shall meet the regulatory requirements applicable to goods and services operating within China Beijing. The supplier warrants that all Diplomat items delivered under this Purchase Order are new, unused, and free from defects in materials and workmanship.
The supplier shall deliver all Diplomat goods to the designated Diplomat facility located at 88 Chaoyang District, China Beijing, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. Installation of all Diplomat equipment, including the conference room systems and IT infrastructure, shall be completed within forty-five (45) days. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, customs clearance, and local logistics within China Beijing. Any delays in the delivery of Diplomat items beyond the stipulated timeframe shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in Renminbi (CNY) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. The payment schedule for this Diplomat procurement is as follows: (a) 30% advance payment upon execution of this Purchase Order; (b) 50% upon confirmed delivery and inspection of all Diplomat goods at the China Beijing site; and (c) the remaining 20% upon successful completion of installation, commissioning, and a final acceptance inspection conducted by the Diplomat project management team. All payments are subject to the terms outlined in this Purchase Order and applicable Chinese commercial law governing transactions in China Beijing.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the People's Republic of China and the specific trade regulations applicable to the China Beijing municipal jurisdiction.
- All Diplomat products supplied under this Purchase Order carry a minimum warranty period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance in China Beijing.
