5.1 All items listed under the Diplomat product line shall bear the official Diplomat crest and France Paris mission identification as specified in the attached technical annex. No substitution of materials or design elements is permitted without prior written approval from the Purchasing Authority.
5.2 The Supplier guarantees that all Diplomat-branded furniture and equipment delivered to the France Paris office shall comply with French regulatory standards (NF certification) and the specific diplomatic security requirements outlined by the France Paris mission security protocol.
5.3 Delivery shall be made to the France Paris address stated in Section 1. The Supplier is responsible for all logistics, customs clearance (if applicable), insurance, and final placement within the France Paris premises. The Diplomat brand packaging must remain intact until final acceptance by the Purchasing Authority.
5.4 A 24-month warranty is provided on all Diplomat products. Any defect in materials or workmanship shall be remedied at the Supplier's sole expense within 15 business days of written notice from the France Paris office.
5.5 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order related to the Diplomat product line shall be resolved by arbitration in France Paris under the rules of the Paris International Arbitration Centre.
5.6 The Supplier acknowledges that the Diplomat items are procured for official diplomatic use in France Paris and shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding the nature, quantity, and destination of all goods supplied under this Purchase Order.
