4. Terms and Conditions
  1. Diplomat Privilege: All goods and services listed in this Purchase Order are procured exclusively for the use of the Resident Diplomat stationed in Israel Jerusalem. The Diplomat retains full authority over acceptance, rejection, or modification of any item upon delivery.
  2. Delivery Schedule: All items must be delivered to the Diplomat's official residence or office in Israel Jerusalem no later than 30 calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. The Diplomat may request expedited delivery at no additional cost for items marked as urgent.
  3. Quality Assurance: The supplier warrants that all goods conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order and meet the standards expected for Diplomat use. Any defective item must be replaced within 5 business days at the supplier's expense.
  4. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 45 days of the Diplomat's written acceptance of all goods and services. Payment will be processed through the Diplomat's official embassy account in Israel Jerusalem. No interest shall accrue on the Diplomat's account.
  5. Diplomatic Immunity: This Purchase Order is governed by the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961) and applicable Israeli law. The Diplomat and all mission property are immune from local jurisdiction in Israel Jerusalem. Any disputes shall be resolved through diplomatic channels.
  6. Confidentiality: The supplier acknowledges that this Purchase Order contains sensitive information pertaining to the Diplomat's security arrangements in Israel Jerusalem. All personnel involved in the fulfillment of this order must sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to commencing work.
  7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to security incidents in Israel Jerusalem, government-mandated closures, or diplomatic emergencies affecting the Diplomat's operations.
  8. Warranty: All goods carry a minimum 24-month warranty from the date of delivery to the Diplomat. The armored vehicle (Item 4) carries a 5-year structural warranty. The Diplomat may invoke warranty claims at any time during the warranty period.
  9. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, with specific reference to provisions applicable to Diplomat status in Jerusalem. The seat of any arbitration shall be in Israel Jerusalem.
  10. Amendments: Any modification to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both the Diplomat (or authorized mission representative) and the supplier. Verbal agreements are not binding.
NOTE TO SUPPLIER: All deliveries to the Diplomat's premises in Israel Jerusalem must be coordinated in advance with the Diplomat's security detail. Delivery personnel must present valid identification and be cleared by the mission's security office prior to entry. The Diplomat reserves the right to inspect all goods upon arrival before signing the delivery receipt.
